Ages 8 & up

A mathematical folktale of a raja in India and Rani, a clever young girl. There is a famine in the land but she has a plan to get rice for her family. She makes a bargin with the raja and he soon finds out how quickly one grain of rice doubles into so such more.

December is here and with it comes all the excitement that the holidays bring. I especially enjoy the time when my family can be  together.
