These are an easy and fun treat that all ages of grandkids can help make.
You need:
pretzels
Rollo candies
pecans
decorative sprinkles
Directions:
1. Place the pretzels on a microwave safe dish.
2. Set a Rollo candy on top of each pretzel.
3. Microwave just long enough for the Rollo to begin melting but don’t let it completely melt.
4. Remove from microwave and press a pecan in the center of the Rollo.
5. Add sprinkles and let cool.
Oh my goodness! These sound so fantastic. I love caramel and pretzels but I never would have thought of doing this with these ingredients. Can’t wait to get the ingredients and micro up pure heaven.
These are sooooo good! I’m glad you posted this recipe because I’d forgotten all about it. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, too! So easy to make and they taste like you spent a lot of time making them … I love that!
Yummmm. You find the the best things to make. You are right. The candy canes would be great for Christmas too, with green bows. Thanks for that idea.
I love turtles and crunch in my chocolate. I am going to have to try these. I sampled a turtle at Costco this week made with Macadamia nuts. They were REALLY good but I saved myself a few pounds by not purchasing the two pound container! I may be tweaking this recipe!
I had never made thses before but my daughter made them at Christmas. I wish I had known about these when my kids were young. They are so easy to make. Thanks for all the great comments.
