Whether you’re Irish or not it’s fun to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a parade. You could have a parade in the neighborhood, at a family gathering or with just you and your grandkids. This is an easy and fun hat to make. You just use a white, styrofoam bowl or a regular paper bowl and decorate with markers. You could even cover it with foil and use permanent markers to decorate.
