Nacho Popcorn
16 cups popped popcorn
1/4 cup butter
1-2 teaspoons Mexican chili powder
1-2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Melt butter and pour over popcorn. Shake the bowl so the popcorn is covered. Sprinkle on the seasonings and cheese. Shake again to coat.

Mmmm! As I sit here eating my Cheerios (and banana!) I’m now craving Nacho Popcorn! How yummy!
Cheerios, bananas & cold milk sounds pretty good too. It takes me back to the “olden days” when my mom let us have a bowl of cereal before going to bed.
